These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer Gm Sadiuzzaman together with the legal entity The Staffing Solution LLC (jointly, the "Platform" or "we"), concerning the download, registration, and use of MergeUs (the "Application").

Once you create an account, sign in, or otherwise access or use any feature offered by the Application, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, together with the MergeUs Privacy Policy . Should you disagree with any part of them, you must immediately cease registering, signing in, or continuing to use the Application.

Article 2 — Eligibility

(1) The Application is open only to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and who possess full capacity for civil conduct. You must confirm that both conditions are satisfied before you are eligible to register an account and use the Platform's features.

(2) Persons under 18 years of age may not under any circumstances register, sign in, or otherwise use the Application; no feature will be activated and no service will be provided to them.

(3) You shall register with true, accurate, and complete information and shall update it promptly whenever it changes. Consequences arising from inaccurate information are borne by you.

Article 3 — Account and Sign-In Rules

(1) Your account is for your personal use only. It may not be lent, rented, transferred, or shared with others.

(2) You shall keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for all activity carried out under the account. If you discover that your account has been misappropriated or that anomalous sign-ins have occurred, notify us immediately at the email address stated in Article 11.

(3) To protect account security, we may carry out necessary risk verification of the sign-in environment, device, and operating behavior.

Article 4 — Rules of Conduct

The following four categories of conduct are expressly prohibited:

(1) Posting prohibited content: you may not upload, publish, or disseminate discriminatory language, terrorism-related material, information on illegal drug trafficking, or cyberbullying content, nor may you publish material that infringes another person's reputation, privacy, portrait rights, copyright, or trademark rights.

Article 5 — Payment and Subscription Rules

(1) Membership subscriptions and virtual entitlements in the Application are settled through Google Play Billing. All payment flows are handled by Google Play's official payment system; we do not gather, store, or process your card details, payment password, or payment verification information.

(2) Subscription services renew automatically upon expiry of the current billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

(3) To stop a renewal, you must complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends; if cancellation is not completed in time, the system will charge and renew automatically for the next period.

(4) Subscription management path: you may review, modify, or cancel subscribed services at any time via Google Play → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

(5) You decide at your own discretion whether to purchase paid services. Whether a completed payment may be refunded is governed by Google Play's relevant policies.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property and Content Licensing

(1) The intellectual property in the Application's interface design, program code, brand marks, image assets, textual content, feature design, and other original content is owned by the Platform or licensed to it in accordance with law, and is protected by the relevant legislation.

(2) Without our written permission, no individual or organization may copy, modify, scrape, publish, commercially exploit, or unauthorizedly disseminate the content described above.

(3) Intellectual property in original content that you upload or publish within the Application remains vested in you.

(4) In order to provide and maintain the service for you, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license permitting the Platform to store, display, disseminate, technically process, and maintain your content as necessary. This license is confined to the scope required to operate the Application.

Article 7 — Scope of Platform Liability and Risk Notice

(1) The Platform provides only technical services and information-exchange tools; it does not intervene in private interactions between users and gives no guarantee as to the words or conduct of any party.

(2) Your chat exchanges, social interactions, content postings, offline contacts, and offline meetings with other users are all your own autonomous conduct, and you bear the resulting consequences yourself.

(3) Please protect your account security and personal privacy on your own initiative. The Platform bears no liability for safety risks, financial losses, or disputes arising from offline activities, private communications, or other personal choices you make autonomously.

(4) We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services or external links; please assess them yourself before use.

(2) Where an account is restricted or terminated owing to a violation, the Platform bears no additional compensation liability.

(3) You may also apply to delete your account at any time; the specific channels and data-handling rules are set out in the MergeUs Account Deletion Policy

The Application is a social service platform intended for adult users, and users under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or use it.
